Check to see if you are infected by Conficker

The Conficker worm is a computer virus which can infect your computer and spread itself to other computers across a network automatically. Microsoft released a Security Update in October 2008, (MS08-067) to protect your computer against Conficker.

Simple Steps to check whether your computer is infected by Conficker or Not:

1. Go to the website Conficker Eye Chart
2. Check the images in the website which you see below:

Detect Conficker worm through Eye Chart

If you see all the 6 images fine, then you PC is not infected by Conficker worm or you may be behind some proxy network. They also have the picture chart how to interpret with the images provided.
All the six images are been linked to 6 diffeent security related websites, where Conficker is well known to block access to over 100 antivirus and security websites. You can also find the detailed explanation at the bottom of the page in the Conficker Eye Chart website.
